Ballantrae Entry Park

Ballantrae welcomes you to “another world” reminiscent of the British Isles beginning with a 32-acre entry park featuring the crown jewel of Ballantrae – a 20-foot-tall hillock. Perched atop the hillock is the 15-foot bronze “Dancing Hares” sculpture and at its’ base – an interactive public play fountain for young and old alike.
Also located in the entry park are waterfalls, a 3.5 acre public fishing lake – delighting any would-be angler and opening Memorial Day 2004, is the City of Dublin’s new municipal pool. The complex will include a leisure pool and tube slides, water play apparatus, zero-depth entry, a competitive pool (25 meters x 8 lanes) with 1-meter and 3-meter boards, sloped lawn seating, a water fun pool and ample parking.
Beginning in the entry park and winding throughout the community are walking, jogging, and biking paths – inviting to all would-be exercise enthusiast – two and four-legged, all part of the City of Dublin’s over 29 miles of paved paths.
The Golf Club of Dublin
Testing the skills of the best of golfers, The Golf Club of Dublin a 7,000 yard par 72 course is a public resort-style course, the only authentic 18 hole course in the Midwest. The Club located in the “heart” of Ballantrae also offers two practice putting greens, a 25,000 square foot driving range, men and women locker rooms, Old Tom’s Pro Shop, the Claret Jug Pub and a full service banquet facility also open to the public.
The Dublin/Hilliard Connection
All of this within the active and progressive City of Dublin is service by the highly ranked and respected Hilliard School District. Hilliard School System has purchased land for a future school site adjacent to Ballantrae.
